Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@velvettenails.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Want a different color? We're happy to exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us and we'll get you sorted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened nail sets (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
